Welcome to UESPWiki! Thanks for your interest in contributing to the site. However, the intention of the site is basically to document the Elder Scrolls games as distributed by Bethesda. Mixing fan-created information in with the main articles is just confusing to readers and generally counterproductive. As you stated the first time you tried to add information on Knights of the Scarab, to Tamriel:Factions O: "This guild has no affiliation with the Elder Scrolls games: it is purely fictional. The Order has no relation to the original Order of the Scarab". That is precisely why it was deleted from Tamriel:Factions_O. And that is the same reason why your new article, Order of the Scarab has been proposed for deletion. Frankly, I don't even know what is the relevance of this Order: is it a mod you've created? Is it just a back-story you've created for a custom class? But basically, the information does not belong in UESPWiki except perhaps somewhere like General:Fanfiction that is clearly set up to provide fan-created information.
