Vesi-Dur Grotto is a grotto east of Gol Mok, home to smugglers.
The grotto entrance lies on the small island directly east of Gol Mok. It is filled with winding and flooded passageways. Pearls may be harvested from the kollops in the water. A crate with 300 gold is inside, next to the entrance door.
Baris the Diver can be found here - a hostile Dunmer with a helmet of waterbreathing named Baris' Diving Helmet, and a collection of pearls and eyestars. He is also the bearer of a package sent from Hammerfell, although he is not the intended recipient...
