Baris the Diver is a Dark Elf Smuggler found within Vesi-Dur Grotto. His gang appears to include two other Dunmer, Suhelys and Duvlas. Thanks to his enchanted helmet, he is comfortable underwater for long periods of time - making a fight with him quite breathless without Argonian origins or magical aids.
Baris is the bearer of a stolen package which becomes relevant during the events of A Taste of Home, and you will have to kill him to retrieve it.
