Lakshman writes a 2-page short story and synopsis for what it could be, and Lefay quickly programs a demo dungeon to show off the feasibility of the idea. The idea is approved by senior staff
- Q4 1996, the idea for Tribunal now is that Dagoth-Ur has returned, and over the course of the game, his Blight progressively expands across the province with cities being destroyed and armies marching. This would have been done on a Daggerfall esque world scale, and feature the entire province of Morrowind
- Q4 1996, the original Tribunal Kings of Sumurset idea is retooled into the Tribunal God Kings of Morrowind, featuring the characters of Vivane, Almalexia, and Sotha Sil
